Spoločnosť Fujitsu Semiconductor America predstavila nový 8-bitový mikrokontrolér s integrovanou feroelektrickou RAM pamäťou (FRAM), určeným pre všeobecné použitie, zdravotnícke a priemyselné aplikácie.
