VNI2140J - inteligentný výkonový spínač, bol navrhnutý s ST VIPower™ technógiou. Umožňuje spínať odporovú aj induktívnu záťaž.
VNI2140J zaberá plochu iba 6x5mm pričom obsahuje požadovanú logiku, obvody spínača, napájaciu časť, ochranné prvky a diagnostické funkcie.
