Microchip rozširuje ponuku 1,8V sériových Flash pamätí.

SST25WF080 je novým prírastkom v sérii Serial Flash pamätí.
Komunikuje zbernicou 4-vodičovou zbernicou kompatibilnou s SPI. Je vyrobená technológiou high-performance CMOS SuperFlash (SST).
